Hard decision, especially for Inter. Navarro got what he deserved.

I thought one or two of the players was going to be given a red card! How can they continue with the match without disciplining the individuals concerned? I was very much disappointed to say the least. They should have at least abandoned the game completely and allowed Arsenal to go through to the Quarter - finals instead of the winners in this game!

I think they leaned too much on Burdisso, 6 games for just raving at Marchena is way too much. He didn't kick or injure anyone, they used him as a scapegoat. The same goes for Maicon, it's an injustice. Burdisso should have got the same as Marchena (4 games) and Maicon should have got even less because he was only retaliating to an agression. I guess that UEFA wants to protect european players and lean harder on south americans. Bunch of racists.

The other sanctions are fair.

To me it is a fair punishment for both clubs and the players for failing to control their emotions. This kind of stupid act is bad to the eyes of the spectators and may lead to more serious consequences if the UEFA doesn't slapped a heavier fines to both clubs.
Their lucky if both clubs eligible to play next year european competitions.
