doing my cover letter and i dont know what to put...like Dear?
also i dont know that persons title....i called the company but thay said there is to many people interviewing us....and thay dont know who is who interviewing!.....

I always use "Dear Sir or Madame" it's old school, but gets the job done.

Good job at trying to find out who to address your cover letter to -

You could use employer, human resources, sir or madaam, etc.

Find out the name of the person that is the director of the department you are applying to. or just put Dear human resources, or personnel director.
