Yes, In the middle of a will contest, the house that we were fighting over the other lawyers tried to have me evicted from the house even though in their will they argued for I was still a 1/3 owner of the home. Luckily the judge in the Evicition court saw this as a vindictive move by the lawyer and the other parties and through the case out. But she warned me to watch them because she saw them as trying anything to try to hurt me.

When i had a bad accident at work i could not work and my husband had to give up his job to look after me.
We put in for housing benifit and as the office was in the process of moving they had a back log of claims to go through.
The next thing we know is that there was a knock on the door and someone standing there with a eviction letter!!!
With all that had happened it was the last thing that we wanted.
We got in contact with them and they said that we would have to prove that we were in reciept of housing benifit, when we told them it was going through, they just said wait and see if you get a court date.
Luckly it got sorted out, but it was down to them having a backlog.

as a leasing agent... I need more detail in this story...
Cases you will loose in court 1) if you refused or didnt pay your rent 2) illegal activity on the premise such as trafficing drugs or running a bussiness from the property ... Those are the 2 major ones... If it had nothing to do with those two things, then I'd say get a lawyer because ALL evictions are posted on your credit report... AND its as bad as a foreclosure on a house.. TRUST ME
