i wouldn`t worry about it. you might have been hurt, but more than likely your baby wasn`t touched. your baby is surrounded by your many layers of skin, a cushion of some fat, and a lot of amniotic fluid. don`t stress yourself out. that baby is probably really healthy. just watch what you eat, get some excerise (walk) and i`d recommend an excercise ball...

No because falls can trigger premature labor and birth and the doctor is trying to keep you pregnant to the point of when a baby can survive outside the womb. If you're 32 weeks along the child may not survive outside the womb so that's why the doctor has you on steroid medication to keep the baby's lungs mature because it sounded like you bruised yourself and your baby took a small bump. You always have to be careful when you're pregnant.

What does you doctor say? I would go by what he/she said and the degree of the fall. Sounds like he/she is on the ball, though, by hospitalizing you.

I fell about two weeks before my daughter was born. The doctor was not concerned I think because I was so close to my due date. She ended up being breech and he said that was the likely time that she turned. But he also said that maybe she was already breech. It was over 34 years ago and they didn't do ultrasounds like they do now. I had her breech, too. Funny thing was, I was breech and one of her daughters was breech.

Good luck! You are really close now.
