just go with the facts of life, you can only have upper class neighbor hoods when you stop blaming everyone else for all your failurs in life . and take care of your neighborhood, how many times can we go back and blame the white peoples ancesters no other ethnic group cry:s as much as the black people you dont hear a peep outof the chinese and tyhey just keep working harder than the white people and they feel proud of themselfes for how hard they work.but if you are black just cry racism an march , protest dont these people work. or wait lets just lower test scores so the blacks can get jobs.it is a shame most black people are very hard workers just like the whites. and they too want to get a way of the troubleing blacks who want everything handed to them . go to harlem new york the jewish people are rebuilding for everyone

I know some wealthy blacks here, but no there is no neighborhood as such here. However most of the well educated (not necessarily wealthy) neighborhoods here are mixed.

No. They don't exist. No, I'm not racist. It's a simple fact. The reason being once a community like that starts to appear, it attracts a multitude of non-upper class, who end up bringing the neighborhood as a whole down.

Well, I was looking for one so I went to Detroit Michigan. I thought I was in a war zone. Shootings in the street, Drugs all over the place, Burned out homes....Car jackings, Bad roads, trash all over the place....Why did Detroit go down hill? It used to be a nice city 50 years ago.
