N73 uses Mini-SD.
For normal N73, a 128MB Memory card is provided. While the Xpress Music Edition of N73, it comes with a 2GB memory card.

Dont get an N73. I had one one vodafone as my upgrade. I have always had Nokia's but this one was so much trouble in all I had 6 phones in two months even the Nokia rep admitted there where lots of probs with this phone be warned. sorry

To be honest it depends which n73 you get. The N73me (music edition) comes with an 2gb mini sd card. My N73 however didnt come with one as standard. I did a 1gb thrown in as part of my deal.

It doesn't come with a memory card.
It has a large capacity in the phone but it should work with your old models card.
