now scientists are saying there are 5 oceans : from the largest to the smallest: the Pacific Ocean, the Atlantic Ocean, the Indian Ocean, the Southern Ocean, and the Arctic Ocean.
yes, there are 7 'seas' but there are only 5 true oceans.
