Depends on whether you want reality (MMA, UFC) or fiction (wrestling).
Personally I like Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) better than wrestling.
FYI- MMA is the sport, and UFC is the league, like wrestling is the "sport" and WWE is the league.

I like to watch both. But wrestling is not every time violent whereas mma / ufc /cage rage is always violent. And I love violence.

they both are great and mma is more violent and so is boxing and wrestling is violent at times except wwe on its ppvs not on its live shows.

i like to watch both but UFC is more exciting to watch because it makes you hyped when someone gets knocked out
