I think Vigin Media are the biggest Joke ever. NTL did a really good job looking after my Broadband, phone and TV. Since being taken over all three have gone wrong and no ones seems to be able to fix it! I have now switched back to Sky! Sky + is far better than any thing that Virgin Media have and the packages they offer are just as good. I'd suggest that you all switch! Thanks

I've noticed that besides them losing Sky one and news, their customer service has gone down big time. when it was telewest the service was good not great but at least it was resolved and they did the best they could sat in a call centre. Virgin well I'm not overly impressed at all and the sky business is all over 1/2p increase. if they don;t do something quick they'll lose out to Sky and BT. Can't they just swallow their pride pay the increase and get rid of Virgin Central. If i wanted to watch re-runs I'd watch BBC1 or UKGold.....!

They do offer a decent package for the money, but I was very annoyed that I lost Sky channels. Sky even offered to incur the cost of airing their own channels, but Virgin still refused.

I've had bills saying my payment was overdue when i only just paid one. i also had trouble downloading pc guard, My main complaint is the loss of sky channels. Even if they couldn't avoid it they could give us a discount on our contract, but no, what do they do instead, give us two new channels full of re-runs you have to pay to watch!!! utter con. They made such a big deal of these new t.v channels, on about "t.v you control! but forgot to mention that bit! No wonder Richard Branson is so rich!!!

I've had no problems with the internet (so far) but I am still disgusted about losing certain sky channels. If I wasn't obligated to a 12month contract...I would of cancelled already!

I have TV, phone and broadband from them and I have no trouble whatsoever, except losing SkyOne, which is not entirely their fault.
