Fire Red- I have played Fire Red. I personly didn't like it. It is basicly a remake of Red, Yellow, and Blue. There are quite a few changes. You can connect with Ruby and Sapphire. All the old pokemon are there and it is easier to catch pokmon.

Leaf Green- Didn't play but I have heard it's basicly the same thing as Fire Red.

Ruby- My favorite, takes a long time to get boring, can connect with Pokemon Colosseum (on gamecube) and is way fun. I played it for over 255 hours and still wasn't bored. It is my favorite out of the pokemon games.

Sapphire- Not as good as ruby but pretty much the same with a few pokemon you can't find and vice versa.

If you are looking for codes get an AR (Action Replay) and get codes of Supercheats.com or Codejunkies.com
You can connect to Pokemon Colosseum and XD on all the Ruby, Sapphire, Fire Red, Leaf Green and Emerald. Ruby was my alltime favorite Pokemon game it was so fun.
