Just wondering what is the tax on food and beverages in Orlando, FL? Im trying to budget for my upcoming WDW trip, Thanks

Depends on which county you are in. Usually its 6% or 7%.

I know the local tax may be 6-7%, however, there is a restaruant and hotel tax that increases the tax upto 11% or more . Just check that bill after purchasing food in a Walt Disney World park or at a resort in Kissimmee (Disney is actually not in Orlando) There is an additional 6 percent tax on hotel rooms and other short-term accommodations, I know this.

DW taxes on everything. Add a good 10% for taxes on DW property.

We did buy a few things off DW, and tax rates were lower.

At grocery stores, I don't think they don't tax on food..
But regular tax is 6.5%
