Er... if this is your first time sewing clothing (which it sounds like it is) you're probably going to need to buy a pattern. Look for them at a crafts or fabric store.
You could even try somewhere like wal-mart, but i don't recommend it. If you go to a fabric store to get it you could ask for some explanation as well.

Go to Walmart, they have a fabric section, or fabric store, like Jo-anns ect., go to their pattern catalogs, take a seat and browse through their pattern books to find the style you like best, try a simple pattern, for your first one, then pick your fabric, I suggest you buy some fabric from their $1.00 table, since this will be your first time sewing, don't forget thread, and any extra notions listed on the back of your pattern, when you get home simply follow the directions in your pattern, if you need help with sewing terminology, just go to the pattern makers web site, for the sewing part simply read, and follow the instructions for your machine, don't forget sewing takes time, patience, and attention to detail, but once mastered, it is so much fun!

First you need a pattern. There are lots of styles at your local craft store. Pick your size and the fabric that is recommended for that pattern, then go from there and start sewing, or have a friend or Mom sew it for you if you don't sew.

u buy a plain shirt of any color. u buy sertain paint pens tht allow u to write on t-shirts. and then u put whatever u want on them. i have never done it but girls at my school have made cute ones with thier names on it, or a saying such as "will you be my valentine???" try going to a fabricstore or craft store such as hobby lobby or michaels.
