Nash and Wade.
Nash makes everyone on the court with him better. Nice to see the MVP awards go to team players once and a while.
Wade is Kobe without an attitude or the self-righteousness. Whats not to love about that. He takes over big games, gets team mates the ball in good positions to score, and when the games over he defers to his team. Oh yeah and he practically won that ring for Miami all by himself.

I can't pick just one player this year, but I can pick a starting 5 of my favorite players. Oddly (and fortunately) enough, there's very little position overlapping among these players.
In alphabetical order (by last name, but the 2 Wallaces will be organized by first name):
Kirk Hinrich - PG
Andrei Kirilenko - SF (he's more of a PF, but he's out of position in Utah because of Carlos Boozer and on this team because of Dirk Nowitzki)
Dirk Nowitzki - PF
Ben Wallace - C
Gerald Wallace - SG (even though he probably plays SF on Charlotte, he has more experience at SG than AK-47 does)

Either Luol Deng or Dikembe Mutombo. They are role models. Luol Deng is up for the citizenship award this year and Mutombo was honored in the White House for his work in Africa. Most American players can be stuck up at times, even if they are sincere to the fans most of the time.

Michael Jordan becuase he has wings when he's on the court. It's magic.

id have to say garnett. he puts up amazing numbers and without the t wolves would win less then 10 games, and he has them only like 3 games out from a playoff spot. if he was on a championship caliber team he would be mentioned as one of the greatest of all times

Of all time...Bill Walton, because his play was never lackluster
but now..its Kobe! that guy is average sized, and does what he wants on the court even though he is always double teamed..his team is better this year and they still dont have much talent around him...also his assists are up so he is doing a better job of getting his teammates involved. He also makes sick slashing drives that end in great finished.....suck my balls kobe haters

I like every player on my Detroit Pistons Team but outside of them I like:
Tim Duncan aka Mr. Fundamental
He's a superstar without being flashy like most superstars are.
