My new job will require me to dress business casual, which for the men means closed-toe
shoes, except for casual Fridays and other random casual days. On these days I can wear jeans and flip-flops, provided they are not of the "cheap" variety.....Alas, bare feet are out of the question :-(!

How about those leather 'india' slippers? Often etnic stores will have them. They're pretty nice looking and not expensive.

American Eagle, Hollister, Pacsun, and Abercrombie & Fitch all have these really great leather flip flops. They have a thicker strap so they aren't so "beach" looking. They'd go great with casual work attire.

Adidas makes a nice flip flop that are by no means cheap, nor do they look like it. You can find these at most high end shoe stores in your area. Or you could also look at www.zappos.com

Try American Eagle, Nordstroms, Old Navy, A&F. They have tons of nicer flip flops for guys. Good luck!
