sometimes in certain cultures of the world, they can tell by the look in the eyes, lines and wrinkles on the wrist and so on.. maybe there is other clues from other part of the cultures. it is not that i had lost my trust in anyone, and no, all these does not make someone a differetn person.

When a woman loses her virginity, the hymen (the flesh around the vagina) tears a bit. That's it. However, this can also happen through the use of tampons, by horseback riding, gymnastics, injury, etc.
But, it's not like it should matter anyway. If she's not a virgin, is she worth any less? Certainly not! Is she a different person? No! No one, not even her parents, have the right to inspect her body for signs of virginity. (happened to me) She has a right to her own body and her virginity/ nonvirginity. If you're worried about STDs, both of you should get tested first.

No there isn't. Back in the day they would check to see if her hymen was intact but as we now know a girl can break her hymen doing gymnastics or any number of strenuous activities. Also some women don't break their hymen the first few times they have sex. So again, there is no way to know.
Why are you asking anyway. Just ask your girl and if you can't trust her answer then you shouldn't be together.

You can't tell. Traditionally if the hymen was broken this was considered to mean that she was no longer a virgin, however we know now that they are easily broken by all sorts of things, including riding, gymnastics, using a tampon. So really it means nothing.
And some women can have sex a few times before their hymen finally breaks.
Why don't you just ask her? If you are considering having sex then there should be enough trust to ask this question.

The hymen in tact is a sure way to tell if someone is a virgin, but I have heard that it can be broken by vigorous activity that isn't intercourse, like horse back riding.
So basically, in tact is YES. And after that, it's all speculation.

As soon as a woman loses her virginity a large neon sign saying "loose woman" should immediately light up over her head.....(only kidding) ask her, I'm pretty sure that's the only way to find out.

Only a doctor can tell for sure. I've heard lots of stupid stories - please don't allow them to make judgements on someone. A virgin is just a person who hasn't had sex. They're no better or worse than anyone else.

If she has her hymen intact, she is a virgin (physcically talking) but not having it means nothing, the hymen is sometiems so fragile it tears without having intercourse.....
SO there's no way to know

You can't tell if she has lost it, only if she still has it.
Intact hymen = virgin
Broken hymen = no proof of not being a virgin as can be broken in many ways.
