One of the rules I learned/taught about spelling is that EVERY syllable needs a vowel.
That being said, words are made up of at least one vowel.
Therefore, I don't think it is possible for a real English word to have only consonants.
Although, the word 'cwm' is a pretty cool word.
(And 'y' is always a vowel if you ask me!)

RHYTHM
the longest word without vowel is-TWYNDYLLYNGS
It turns out that "twyndyllyng" (singular) is a 15th century spelling of the word "twinling," which means, in modern English, "twin."
'Indivisibility' has only one vowel which occurs six times
