Who are the people who benefit from war? How can they think that they have any God on their side when God says in all languages that we should not kill and that we should care for each other. Living things are more important than money or possessions. I agree that Saddam was a dictator that the Iraqi's needed help to overthrow, however that was achieved long ago. Why are troops still fighting? Who are they fighting? Whose giving the orders and why? These are questions that I have asked many people to no avail. Perhaps you know, then we can get some of the hippocracy stopped.

Come you masters of war
You that build all the guns
You that build the death planes
You that build the big bombs
You that hide behind walls
You that hide behind desks
I just want you to know
I can see through your masks

You that never done nothin'
But build to destroy
You play with my world
Like it's your little toy
You put a gun in my hand
And you hide from my eyes
And you turn and run farther
When the fast bullets fly

Like Judas of old
You lie and deceive
A world war can be won
You want me to believe
But I see through your eyes
And I see through your brain
Like I see through the water
That runs down my drain

You fasten the triggers
For the others to fire
Then you set back and watch
When the death count gets higher
You hide in your mansion
As young people's blood
Flows out of their bodies
And is buried in the mud

You've thrown the worst fear
That can ever be hurled
Fear to bring children
Into the world
For threatening my baby
Unborn and unnamed
You ain't worth the blood
That runs in your veins

How much do I know
To talk out of turn
You might say that I'm young
You might say I'm unlearned
But there's one thing I know
Though I'm younger than you
Even Jesus would never
Forgive what you do

Let me ask you one question
Is your money that good
Will it buy you forgiveness
Do you think that it could
I think you will find
When your death takes its toll
All the money you made
Will never buy back your soul

And I hope that you die
And your death'll come soon
I will follow your casket
In the pale afternoon
And I'll watch while you're lowered
Down to your deathbed
And I'll stand o'er your grave
'Til I'm sure that you're dead

Why dont you go to New York city or Arlington and ask the survivors or family of victims of 9/11 what the war on terror is all about. Maybe you were down a hole or something on September 11, 2001 when something really bad was done to us by really bad people. Those people are still out there. I would much rather have them fought against on foreign soil than say, Boston or New York. If you feel different, why dont you volunteer your back yard or your living room for a battle ground?

First the Iraq question; the US and the Iraqi government are fighting, mainly, members of Saddam's old regime who want to regain power. These are most of "the insurgency." You didn't think he ran the country all by himself, did you? There are also some Shiite extremists, allies of Iran, who hope to make Iraq a Shiite extremist regime. Since the majority of Iraqis are Shiite, this result is not out of the question, and in fact is one of the disadvantages (to the US) of removing Saddam. A Shiite extremist alliance between Iran and Iraq would upset the balance (such as it is) in the Middle East.
By the way, the bin Ladens are Sunni....
Next, about the bin Laden family. It is a really huge family, with a high birth rate over generations, so being friends with some of them doesn't make you friends with all of them. Osama is a renegade; his father was not married to his mother, so he was never quite equal to his more legitimate siblings. Family loyalty is pretty strong in that culture, so I imagine the bin Laden family is reluctant to go all out against him, but relations are strained.

Check your facts people, The Bush family does have links to the Bin Laden family. It's no secret and no conspiracy. Several members of the Bin Laden family were visiting Bush at the time of 9/11. That's not to say the they agree with or have sympathy for Osama.

bin laden does not really come into the equation any more. granted he does turn up every so often and makes a little speech about how everyones vision for the future is wrong - except his own of course. but to be honest i dont think he really cares any more - he's got his war,he's got his discontent - he can sit back now and laugh/watch as the rest of the world goes nuts .
thats my two cents anyway.

America will not be withdrawing from Iraq. Ever. One of the main reasons for this is money, certain defence companies (connected to BushCo) make huge profits from war so it is in their interests for the war to be prolonged, ideally without end (ideally for them I mean)

If no-one needs missiles/guns/tanks etc, how else would they make money? Shocking and hard to believe I know, but true.

Also, the US wants to control the Middle East, with the help of Israel. It is basically all about US domination. This is why they are installing permanent bases in Iraq, and also why Iran and Syria are next on the list and Bush is fishing for an excuse to invade.

(when I say the US, I mean certain elements of the government not the regular people of course.)

The 'insurgents' they are fighting are people who do not wish for their country to be taken over by a foreign occupier, as well as Al-Qaeda terrorists who WOULDN'T BE THERE in the first place if Iraq hadn't been turned into a haven for terrorists by Bush's actions.

And let me just say I am not 'anti-semitic' or 'anti-US' or anything, I am simply pointing out the facts of what their leaders are doing.

It's like this: you and your mate get together to play a good game of war on your Playstation and perhaps you make a bet too. Even if you win, you are still bezzie mates after the game, aren't you? Well, now think in big: these people are in power and they can afford to play a playstation game in real, with real soldiers, real cities & towns, real aircraft etc. Show me one little boy, who wouldn't like to play any of these games in real?

another conspiracy theory from the far left. The next thing you will try to show are pictures of Bin Laden and Bush planting bombs in th WTC. This has got to stop as you have no prove of these conspiracy theories, its the same lunatic fringe that comes up with saying that the Nazi's had no final solution.

Holy propaganda, batman!

Don't be an idiot. You can't believe every little bit of retarded information you read.

Bush has made some big mistakes, I agree, but that is no reason to spread lies and hatemongering among the world.
