Excellent question!

Yes I'm sure that there is life (of a second genesis; not related to earth life) in Europa's ocean and I am confidant that it will be advanced multi-cellular flora and fauna.

Europa is covered with ice. Under the ice there might be liquid water too. If there is, there could be some life form too.

Yes I believe there will be a form of life found there. It has conditions that could support life, we have found life living in all sorts of diffrent conditions here on Earth.
I have the belief that if there is somewhere that can support life then in time life will form.
