use the index finger on both hands and get right up next to it, with a little skin between each finger and the pimple and then push the fingers together. It may hurt a little, and you'l probably have to do it a few times... Keep at it until all the puss is out and a little blood comes out, or else it might come back. Wash your hands and face afterwards...

Does it have a white head on it?Or is it under the skin like a hard boil?If its a big hard bump under the skin that hurts,leave it alone pal or you will make matters worse.however if you think theres hope in alleviating your symptoms due to this pimple that will otherwise destroy your day due as follows.Get a hot wash rag ring it out and hold it like a compress on your pimple keep doing it tell you have softend it up underneath then with clean hands gently or not so gently squeeze on each side of it,the puss will come out,but when it is out STOP SQUEEZING or you will make a mess of your face,also do not dig or scratch with your finger nails.you can put a little tea tree oil on it,and it will clear up over night.Good-luck.and trust me Iam a flippin expert on this one.

Dont. They just leave scars which unlike pimples, stay there for the rest of your life. If you do have a serious acne problem I would suggest going to a dermatologist.

With a sewing needle. Really, it works. Go in from the side so you don't poke yourself to bad though, since you just wan't to get (rid of) the pimple.

get a clean small shot glass or small test tube heat it with warm water not too hot then place it over the infected area as it cools it will suck out the goop then you can clean it with mild soap and water if you pop it with your finger goop will go into the skin from the pressure of pushing -popping it
