Answer; As a 'Guy,' why should we NOT treat girls / women as equals?
Which 'Authority' provides you with the understanding that you are above being equal to others?
I think that this is a 'Magimix Question,' one just thrown in and 'stirred' to see what floats to the surface.

By equal we don't mean to say we want to be treated like a guy. What we want is equal respect and opportunities in life. And yes, that, you should give to every woman because it's due to every human being.

If you expect to be treated as equals by girls. If you think girls are low level beings than you and treat them so, then the same they'll think about you and treat you so.

Girls are different to guys, so shouldn't be treated the same, but men are not greater than women just because hey get the better jobs and money and become politicians, men seem to think they are more important than women, but why, there is no reason for it at all. women have children, periods and in most societies are expected to be inferior, men have it easier, they are physically stronger but thats it, most studies show that girls and more intelgigent than boys and that girls are maturer, which i why i think you need to grow up, just becuase men think they are betterdoesnt make them better

Me and my boyf are a team and it works. Sometimes he has to be strong for me and sometimes I have to be strong for him. Life has a way of pooing on your head sometimes and it's nice to have someone to lean on, whether you be male or female.
Plus there are some things that I'm better at than him and somtimes it's best if we work together to sort things out e.g. flat backs.
Plus it's a bit difficult when you have girlf who likes heavy metal and mans cameras (had an incident in the digital camera shop where the man was convinced I wanted a handbag size camera with rubbish optical zoom etc - was it you?!).

maybe you shouldn't treat women the same as you do your male friends, but you should have the same respect, at least. if you don't, then you'll only get some awful woman with self-esteem & control issues, if any woman at all.

males and females may have different roles like women more nurturing and men more....... you know.... but women should be treated like human beings.... not slaves or breeders 24/7

Because women are the ones who give birth. Giving birth is something no guy will be willing to go through.
