I beg your pardon... they don't work out every day.. i know... i've played football for years....
There's no way you could work out and lift weights every day, you'll tear too many muscles(which is what builds up muscle) and not be able to move, it would cause more harm than help...
and they're called military presses.. they build up your back and your shoulders like no other.. also Box Squats... there's also a piece of equipment where you put weights on it.. then tilt your head in a direction against the weight for a couple reps.. then switch sides.. those focus specifically on your neck and they start to hurt like a bish after a while....
Or you could just call up IU's fullback, Josiah Sears, and ask him.. he has no neck.. it's amazing how much he's built up his neck and upper torso

It's called working out. Building an upper body will most likely build a big neck.

It's a mix of genes and working out. Exercise only gets a person so far in the NFL.

the muscle that makes you have no neck is called the trapeziues it is a huge muscule it starts at the curve on the back of the head and connects down the spine and onto the ribs, the fastest way to make it bigger is shoulder shrugs with weights
