Savannah, GA - we are expecting over 500,000 tourists to come to our parade (that doesn't include the locals). Less than 200,000 people live here regularly. So it's always wild. The partying will start around Thursday and end around Monday. Cheers!

We celebrate it in my hometown in Massachusetts by wearing green and some go out to bars. In Boston there is a huge St. Patrick´s Day parade in the South End because most people from that area are of Irish descent.
I live in Mexico and they don´t celebrate it here so I won´t be doing much other than dressing in green and drinking beer on the beach.
I was in Dublin on St. Patrick´s Day back in 1998 and had a blast! I went to the Guinness Brewery and hit a bunch of pubs. I couldn´t believe how packed the streets were. I only got to see the parade from a distance because we were jammed in like sheep and couldn´t get close to it!

Holyoke, MA has a HUGE St. Patrick's day parade every year with floats, marching bands, a grand colleen pageant, and a road race. Everyone gets drunk and after, we all go to the bars, drink some more and then go to Friendlys, eat, and pass out. Its the best day EVER.

I don't think there will be a parade, but quite a few have decorations out on lawns and porches. I live in a small town in Upper Michigan.
I'll be here at home, probably at my pc.

It's my little girls birthday so we ALWAYS celebrate it. Actually, it's amazing how many people don't even know the date St Patrick's Day falls on.
