Okay, I'm kinda new to wearing pumps for work and trying to get use to it. Is there some kind of low-cut nylon sock to wear with pumps? I feel like my feel get sweaty inside them. Also my heel keeps coming out when I walk, even when I get the smallest size that I can possibly fit my feet into. Can I do anything about this?

you can wear knee high hose.but you can also get a silky sock that is thin and loOKs ok,but will help with the sliding.you can also get an insert for the back of the shoe,or use a square band aid. they also have footie socks/hose - all of these items are at a local superstore.

I actually have not in any respect doner this, yet i imagine that's superb. those who do not pump a lot do no longer do not ignore that it does no longer take any concentration to pump. truly, the a lot less I concentration on it, the more beneficial useful. you basically should be prepared to brush aside it, and don't be disturbed about it if a breastshield falls off or some thing, and it will be superb. No, i do not imagine a police officer may understand, inspite of the actuality that! It takes way a lot less concentration to pump than it does to communicate on the phone or replace the CD, and human beings do this each easily one of the time at the same time as using!

I have the same slippage problem with pumps (I have short toes, and wear a size 6), and that's why I stick to mules (backless shoes), or sling backs.
I'm assuming you are looking for a sock to wear with slacks when you wear your pumps. Look for what are called "trouser socks". They are basically knee-high stockings with more texture and they come in a lot of different colors.

Wear hose if they are closed toe. Knee high hose with pants are great. With open toes or sandals, try some Footpetals or other inserts that will help with the sweat issue.

well, i know one trick to keep the heel of the shoe on your heel....spray a lil hairspray on the bottom of your foot and put the shoe on right afterward pressing down, believe me, it helps, foot stays in place, where it should
