What is Spyware?
Mirar is spyware, which is used to spy or track your computer activity. According to Wikipedia
(wikipedia.org):
In the field of computing, the term spyware refers to a broad category of malicious software designed to intercept or take partial control of a computer's operation without the informed consent of that machine's owner or legitimate user. While the term taken literally suggests software that surreptitiously monitors the user, it has come to refer more broadly to software that subverts the computer's operation for the benefit of a third party.
In simpler terms, spyware is a type of program that watches what users do with their computer and then sends that information over the internet. Spyware can collect many different types of information about a user. More benign programs can attempt to track what types of websites a user visits and send this information to an advertisement agency. More malicious versions can try to record what a user types to try to intercept passwords or credit card numbers. Yet other versions simply launch popup advertisements.

if you've properly immunized every time you dowload updates for spybot, then spybot will take care of your problems for you. if it doesn't remove it, it's probably better that it doesn't go anywhere.
the green items are registry changes, or items that aren't an immediate concern. you can chose to fix them, or leave them alone. it's better to fix all selected problems than leave anything in there. if it foud it, there's a reson for it. I would suggest that you don't try to delete it without using spybot tho, because if you do, you can cause system problems, removing files that the system may need to run correctly. if it is a necessary file, then spybot will quarantine it, and prevent it from sending information back to it's company (that's why it's called spyware.). good luck, hope that helps, and if you have any more questions, please feel free to email me, my address is in my profile. good luck!!
edit: spybot may not be able to erase that program, if it's a trojan or virus. it can only alert you to it. you need a virus removal program, i'd suggest going to www.windowsmarketplace.com and downloading avg free edition, and adaware, they will help keep your pc free of the nastys.
good luck!!
