associatedcontent.com is a great place to submit articles. They will pay you (usually between $5-10) for articles. They publish all kinds of articles. My cousin sends in a lot of tech and finance articles to them. check it out.

No other than on free article submission sites. Just type in "article submission" in Google/Yahoo and you could find a database of those sites.
