You think you can get money this way? Nope I don't think so, there is nothing on good faith.
People who say that are normally scammer or planning to cheat people's money.

I don't want to be mean here but people are usually afraid to invest in property sight un seen, as they would think it's a scam. Especially if it's going to a foreign country, I don't think any one will want to do that.
And then on the internet as well, so I'd say no.
