Since its a guy it will probrably take him too long to talk to you because some guys need the girls to come to them thats like the kinda guy i am im too shy but if you have a myspace then you should talk to him on there first a lot then start talking to him in real life a lot thats what i think you should do its always worked for me later gater

You might go to him and ask him why he is just watching you and not being eager to talk to you. If you can't do that, and so find out why you can't do that, you will understand why he doesn't talk to you. Good luck!
