I am on a 5 day vacation from work. I have spent the last couple days with my daughter going out shopping and stuff. I have been getting up early and ending up tired at the end of the day. I slept pretty good and feel pretty good today but I am feeling that unmotivated feeling again. I make plans and wake up not wanting to do anything. I had planned on taking the bus downtown and to eat and spend a little time there and then take the bus back. Mainly just some time to listen to my ipod and ride around. It is gloomy out and might rain hard but then again the sun is coming out a little. I really don't want to go downtown now but I feel if I cancel that I am giving into my lack of motivation. Should I go on with my plans and take the chance of getting stuck in the rain or just stay in and relax today and just go down the street to get some lunch to bring back? I am feeling a little let down because I spent the last couple days with my daughter but these next 2 days I won't be.

Take it easy. Stay close to home, in case of bad weather. You might consider getting your nails done or renting a movie. Don't stress, relax and enjoy your day off.

Just go down the street and get something to eat. ENjoy the rainy day and use it as an excuse to stay home and watch some of your favorite movies.

Dont "Over-Cast" dayz just give you the "Blues?" Sometimes, they do for me... However, you can get over those "Blues, and or Blah's" perhaps, by forcing yourself to go and have a day for yourself, you know.. It might just lift your spirit's and what your agenda was going to be, doesn't sound too tiresome, or stressful.. I'd just do it, you know.. I know there's lots of times, when I'm feeling like you are, and when I make myself just do something I was feeling like not doing, I always end up feeling much better for it, later, you know.. So, my suggestion to you is, do what your heart says! Its your vacation, you dont have to always be "Busy" just because your used to always being that way! Relax, if your body's saying relax, but if you think it'll be "Therapeutic" for you to go, then make yourself go!! It's "Your Vacation" you decide, because you can!! Enjoy, whatever it is you do, because this it time, for you!!! Smilel!!!

Go for a walk. Then go buy a coffee.
Then sit outside drink your coffee and watch the scenery.

Is it cold out? Go out, pick up some lunch and a movie and stay inside. See, you've done both!

take charge of your own life and decide for yourself. Both are acceptable. Don't stress, just relax and do what you feel is right for you.

If you're depressed, then it is probably better to go out and be distracted, then to stay home and brood. Just take your umbrella.

GO OUT!! LOOK FOR ADVENTURE!!!! its good for u, and u learn sumthing new. go hang with friends, go to the park, visit sumbody. help out sumwhere. make urself FEEL GOOD!!!!
