i order a horse blanket from keddies in alberta canada and they said they shipped the order, now i can`t find the order and i still didn`t recive my blanlket, what steps should i take to find it.

i ordered the blanket in feb 1st and its now middle march.

any advice would be great.

i called them and they said they shipped it and now its not there problem.

i also called the bus company that they said they shipped it with and they can`t find it either.

i called everyone i can think of nobody can find the blanket.

what can or should i do now, i already paid for the blanket.

Just go back to the website of the place you ordered the blanket from, and click on track order, if you could say where you ordered the blanket from I think I could help you more.

Call the place that you ordered from. Ask them why you have not received your shipment yet. ( it could be a backorder) If they did in fact ship it out to you, ask for the tracking number. Find out what carrier they used and go to their website (UPS, FedEx) enter the tracking number. You should be able to see where it is. but I would call them first.
