Just to add a couple of additional points to the correct answers of others.

2. The new President, Lyndon B. Johnson, was sworn in aboard Air Force One while it sat on the tarmac at Love Field in Dallas.

4. I do not know where they stopped, but it was a USN Ambulance (not a hearse) that transported the body from Andrews to Bethesda.

Sorry, but I wasn't born until 1979. I watched the movie "The 60s" though a few years ago on NBC. It was great.
