You can't teel if your boyfriend is a good person. Smooching over the phone does not tell any either. You will need to get to know him better with person-to-person contact. Remember, you marry a personality but live with his character.

Assuming smooch-ing here a kiss.I presume he is not exhibiting good friendship.
Your relationship method with him have changed especially in expressing yourself until he has done this act.
If both of you are in love then its ok to kiss in the phone.
I don't think either of you are ready for love or what not.
So tell him of his limits if he intends your friendship further.
Upgrade your conscious level when speaking with people especially boy - friends and tell them their limits earlier before making serious mistakes later.
