You really are limited if you only have a bachelor's. You won't be unemployed forever, but you may not find the work you really want. This article tells you what you can do with a bachelor's in psychology, including human services, research, and advertising.
http://www.apa.org/ed/wanttobecome.html
Previous research indicates that only about 25% of psychology undergraduates end up working in a field closely related to psychology.
http://www.psichi.org/pubs/articles/article_50.asp
The pay with only a bachelor's is about $25,000- $35,000 a year.
With a Master's degree, your opportunities open up more. You can be a social worker, therapist, school counselor or college professor. The average salary for a person with a master's in psychology is between $43,000 and $60,000 depending on the setting.
With a doctorate, your opportunities are limitless. You can be a psychologist, specializing in therapy, assessment, consultation, or research. You can teach, supervise, or work in private practice. The average salary for a doctoral level is between $62,000 and $100,000+ depending on the setting (business and industrial/organizational settings pay more).

I'm assuming you mean as an under grad right? You can go into psycho-social rehab. There is also being a psychiatric technician, some recreational therapy training. The only way to make money in psych is through a graduates degree. Undergrad doesn't pay that much. I have an undergrad in psych but had to purse graduate school to make any money. Undergrad pay varies but is usually $10-$18/hour. It not very good unless your a pHd

Depends what state you live in.
There are lots of ways to go from Organizational Psych, counseling psych, research, etc.

For any decent job, you will need at least a Master's degree. You can check out some info at www.camft.org which is a CA organization, but there are probably simmilar ones in most states,

Don't study psychology. None of them have a clue how the mind works. Read some books on philosophy instead.
