Hello. Lately I've been what I believe a lot of pressure and stress. Recently I've had a slight caffeine overdose and had a panic attack as a result. It wasn't anything serious, but it scared me. But also, it wasn't the first time I've had a panic attack like that. The problem I'm experiencing is that lately I have annoying uncontrolable train of thoughts. It's not so serious that I'll freak out or anything like that, but it can get quite annoying sometimes. I doubt I have a form of stress disorder, because I am in high school and school contributes a great deal of stress on me. So what is the problem here? Am I suffering some kind of mental issues or is it just the collective stress I'm having on a daily basis? Throughout the course of the day and at night when I go to bed I have a bit of uncontrolable train of thoughts.

Is there some particular thing that bothers you at school? It is common for high school students to feel overloaded with lot of homework and hard subjects. If it is anything other than these, please contact your mentor, wel-wisher or teacher and discuss with them your problem. Meanwhile a little meditation before sleep would help to stop the thoughts and clean the mind. If you beleive in God, spend 5 min daily before going to bed and after getting up in prayer.
