The way that newly qualified nurses are perceived by other people and the expectation that they hold are identified as the contributed factors that exacerbate stress and difficulty in their new role (Meleis 1975, Matthewson 1985 cited by Chrnley 1999).

This is not a complete correction but here are some changes I recommend.
" copper" should be "Copper".
Put a comma after Charnley 1999).
"evidence suggest" should be "evidence to suggest".
"affect nurses" should be "affect nurses' "(apostrophe required).
"Like wise" should be "Likewise."
Change "venerable...." to "vulnerable to both professional stress and transition role stress".
"despite of..." should be "despite having trained for several years".
It would be better to say "the expectations they themselves have".
And it would be better to write "identified as the factors which contribute to the increased stress and dificulty of their new role".
