They haven't done anything in free agency to make their team better, whereas the Patriots are making some big offseason signings. I don't see them repeating. I think the Pats will be the team to go through to win the Superbowl next year.
Note: I'm not a Pats fan, I'm just being realistic.

Yes the Colts can repeat if Manning plays good and Harrison is going a outstanding job then they might win the Superbowl but they have to watch out for the New England Patriots.

Two words:
Peyton Manning.
He can make an average team (which the Colts are) and make them Super Bowl Champs. The only other QB in the league who can do that is Tom Brady, and I expect to see a rematch between the two in the AFC Championship. And unfortunately for me (I'm a Steelers fan), I think the Pats are gonna win it next year. Too many good off-season moves for the Pats and either bad moves (Colts) or not enough moves (Steelers) for everyone else.

Of course the Colts can repeat. As long as they have the best QB and one of the best coaches, they are certainly dangerous and one of the teams to beat. \
However, it is very difficult to repeat in the NFL mainly because of injuries. It would be rare for them to have all of their key ingredients available for the Super Bowl again. Also, the salary cap makes it hard to hold onto players after a successful season. The Colts are loosing Cato June, the Bears are probably going to lose Lance Briggs etc...

Of course they can, but I don't see it happening because of New England's additions of Thomas to their linebacking corps and Stallworth to their list of Brady's targets.
In my view right now, the Patriots are the team to beat, but a lot can happen in the next 10-11 months.
Personally, I don't care as long as Carson Palmer gets traded and, after the trade, he plays in the Super Bowl.

They could if they play like they did in the playoffs next season. They need a better defense and as long as they have Peyton Manning throwing, they always have a chance at going all the way.

Nope not going to happen. Now is there a RULE saying they can't? Nope. Heck according to the rules they could win the next 40 Superbowls if they were good enough that long.

Nope Not a Chance!!! Peyton Sucks!!! He just has an awesome team thats it thats all!!!! Lets see what free agency brings to Indy!!!
To prove my point look at what happens to Peyton when he throws int. He cries just like his younger brother. Both Mannings Suck!!! In my opinion Peyton is a less than average QB that has a great team with great support staff!!!
