A very heave period with big blood clots, if you think you miscarried you need to go see doctor or go to the hospital. It can be serious.

For me I didn't know that I was pregnant, so I was only about a month or so along when I lost my baby. I can't explain it exactly. Worst cramps I have ever had, and the bleeding was just insanely heavy. I felt it when I passed the baby, and the whole time I bled i passed what looked like veins. Really I can't explain it but I just "knew" what it was. It was just this gut feeling I had. What really helped afterward was an online messageboard, and naming the baby. Crazy as it sounds after I named him it became a real person that I was able to mourn and move forward. I hope all goes okay for you.
