WB GOVT WANTS WB TO BE PERMANENT BASE OF COMMUNISM.
It wants to use the fertile land so that artificial food scarcity is created and people in Bengal will have no option but to starve and do chanting on communism.
It knows the fate of industries going to come up on those fertile lands in SINGUR, NANDIGRAM, ETC.

If WB GOVT is Really Interested for Industrialization and Benefit of Bengal, It Can Use
1. BARREN LAND of 1000 * n Sq.Km in Jhargram, Bankura, Bishnupur, Purulia, Kharagpur area AT FREE OF COST .
2. Also Land of Closed Industries (Almost 100%) in Bengal
Instead of above, it is using THE MOST FERTILE LAND in SINGUR, the most remote village NANDIGRAM, etc even AT VERY HIGH PRICE.
Population is Increasing and Govt is Forcing to Decrease Cultivable Land. Is It Intended to Create an Artificial Food Scarcity?
More over ALMOST 100% industries in Bengal are closed and the Govt knows the fate of these new upcoming industries…….CLOSED BEFORE START?
Since these fertile lands will no longer be available for food grain production, there will be starvation. Moreover, industries will be closed before they start production AND PEOPLE WILL REGAIN UNEMPLOYMENT. CONCLUTION- WB will be permanent state of STARVING POOR COMMUNIST. –EXCELLENT LONGTERM STRATEGY OF CPM.

Tata Tea itself has over 57000 hectares of pristine forests whose wealth were plundered by Tatas in states of Assam West Bengal Tamilnadu and Kerala. Their own estates are enough.
But Ratan Tata is not an ordinary citizen, he is there on Board of trustees of R-A-N-D corporation which is the think tank for US armed forces, he is there in the board of governors of Melinda and Bill Gates foundation which implements HIV projects (and closing of all Internet Service providers with Microsoft services). Ratan, made VSNL - India's premier public sector internet service provider - subservient to Microsoft during his tenure as Chairman for three years from 2002 to 2005. Now US can blackout India's internet access if there is a hostility. So such a great US interface so close by, how can Buddha not be open to a new world of opportunity for the communists - who can now start dreaming of capturing US armed forces. What is this stupid India going to do in the new era of global finances, dear, its the US who is going to be the God. Since there is no such thing as God, let there be someone who can take care of Buddha and his poor and hungry comrades.....
