That's actually quite normal.
I had a sexist boss at Wendy's who I used to fantasize tying to the train tracks or "accidentally" knocking into the deep fryer.

Stabbing is such a personal thing... you are right there in front of the person and blood will splatter all over you.... try poisoning - it works for the Russians!

One of my favorite quotes is "some people are alive only because it is illegal to shoot them". So, until they legalize random killings, I think it is OK to just fantasize about it, as long as that's all it is.

well,I wouldn't say it's a great thing,lol,as long as your not plotting the stabbing out in detail,and obsessing over it,writing it all down as to how your going to do it and get away with it.
