really go to a travel agent because they can get you a good deal and if you have AAA you can also get discounts on rooms and car rentals!

Go to your local travel agent office. They will set this up for you real easy for a very small fee. Otherwise your going to need to go to an on-line travel agent like Travelocity and do some research. See if you can book the round trip flight and car rental at the same time and even get the hotels booked all in the same step. Oh... its Cocoa Beach BTW. Its beautiful there, and the coolest thing would be to be there during a shuttle launch. Kennedy Space Center is just a few miles north of town.

No travel agent is required. If you have a membership with AAA, stop by their offices and they will set you up with discounted hotel and rental car for your trip at a great discount.
If you don't have a membership, visit http://www.orlandoinfo.com and request a free vacation planning kit. They will mail you a terrific coupon book filled with coupons for rental cars, hotels, park tickets, restuarants, etc...
Book with either Enterprise or Avis (best 2 rental car co's by far), and check out www.bookingbuddy.com for inexpensive airfare. Southwest.com is also a great place to check flights.

You also need to be over 25 to rent a car. Hope this is not a problem for you.

I would try something like expedia.com or orbitz.com, etc. It usually ends up being cheaper and easier to do.
