Dems think it is 6 years. Is that true?

If Bush allowed someone to work for 6 years, does that mean they reached the point of not being fired?

your never "not allowed" to be fired. it just may become harder to do so, based on policy of a company. Bush can can almost anyone he put in at anytime for any reason.

There is no such law. The only exception would be if there is a LEGAL working contract that states clearly that the employee can not be fired after working an x-number of years.

In which case, a boss can fire that person anytime before the contracted time allotment.

In some cases an employee can sue for unfair dismissal - BUT - its not that easy to do. The employee would have to prove he or she did in fact measure up to the employer's expectations. It comes down to (in most cases) the employees word against the word of the employer.

Where in the Constitution does it say that you are entitled to a job?

I wish the government would mind it's business.

If I want to use my money to higher someone and I decide I don't want them to work for me any more that should be my choice.

It depends. Most states use an "At will" employment. means they can let you go any time they desire. Some jobs are protected by being in a union.
