Yes, we are in the Digital revolution and the Information Age.
I am skeptical as to whether humans will be able to write using pens/pencils in 50 years time..

I don't think so. Pens & pencils are one of the important mediums for writing & letters with real human touch.. Especially for the children....

I still find the back of an envelope and a biro have the superiour user interface experience, but wait and see whether intelligent paper comes through.
