1040-ES # 1, 1040-ES # 2, 1040-ES # 3, and last but not least 1040-ES # 4.
Make sure you send a check to the United States Treasury rather than inserting cash in the envelope.

It's called a seperate savings account...
It's like Sex... You put it in and take it out when you need to.
If you have quickbooks (which you should have if you are in business) or a program like it, it will figure it out for you when you plug in the correct information and you deduct it and pay it yourself.
Otherwise, Uncle Sam will be on your *** like white on rice in no time!
Either that... or get yourself an accountant.
