It depends on who you invited to the party (your elderly aunt who might have a heart attack somehow does not seem appropriate) and the condition of your birthday suit. If it is old and wrinkled or things that used to be perky are all perked out ---consider hiring someone to 'play' you.

Only if your birthday present is having the stripper lick all the icing off of you. Personally I'd rather blow the candles out then make a bull-rush leaping INTO the cake. You know, make it splatter all over the guests and have a sugar-orgy.

Depends on how old you are. If your 90 then you'll definitley get lit up..lot's of candles..and if your "nekkid" you'll burn your tushie.
suggestion: come out of the cake with a fire extinquisher blasting.

Not only is it proper, it's preferable. I do it each and every year as a long-held tradition. Don't worry about the candles; just have a few trusted friends nearby to spray you with fire extinguishers the moment you burst forth.

Proper? who cares if it is proper, I say jump from your cake, video tape it and distribute it on you tube. If your going to be wrong then do it right.

It could be considered proper, unless you're all alone, if that's the case, then it's considered properly crazy to do so.
