I'm not sure I understand exactly what you're asking. But I don't think its easy to move to another country. You would have to either marry a Canadian, or go to college/university here. You can't just move here, just like we Canadians cant just move to the states. Most immigrants in Canada that I know of are refugees, or left a war-torn country. And even then, I don't think they can work until they get their citizenship which takes a few years. I'm not sure how many years, but it's a while

You have to apply for landed immigrant status from your home country through a Canadian Embassy.
They will have all the forms and rules
If everything goes well , it will take 2-3 years for approval to immigrate.

You can not come to Canada and Work without approval
