Horoscopes are a bit like the whole fate thing - people tend to believe in fate as well when they believe something good is going to happen, but if it's something bad that they are destined for then that's not the case.
Personally I think it's all rubbish - I like everyone am the master of my own destiny.

You are More than a Sun Sign
The relative positions of all the bodies in our Solar System to each other and their positions within the 12 Zodiac Signs, flavour your basic character that is initially set by the Ruling Planet.
An Astrologer draws your individual Birth Chart, by placing at the exact position in the Zodiac, at the time of your birth - the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune & Pluto. Some Astrologers will also take into account a variety of Asteroids.
I cannot overemphasize how this combination of influences, positions and inter-relationships, shift what a professional Astrologer considers not only for your Character at time of birth but how the chart of past, present & future moments influence your behaviour and reactions to circumstance, what the public think is predicting the future. This is in fact more like forecasting the weather but does have the advantage of totally predictable planetary positions.
Your 'Stars' or Sun Sign column as popular in magazines and web sites, use ONLY the Suns basic position in the Zodiac, it can be uncannily close at times but is only the first of many considerations when it comes to understanding you, your motives, how you react in different situations and of great importance to you - how the predictable positions of planets will influence your future. The interpretation of that comes down to the technical skills and intuitive abilities of the Astrologer.

The kind of general horoscope which appears in out daily newspapers is designed to make people feel happy and lift their spirits as they commute to work.
For the full picture on yourself you'll need to apply for a personal horoscope which is based upon your hour, day, month and year of birth.
No I do not believe my horoscope when I see it in the papers - however, it usually makes me feel good, or confused, or filled with rage.

No, Millions of people have the same star sign so how can one person predict what will happen to all those people?
also all the different psychics that do the star signs predict different things for the same week, surely if Horoscopes were correct, they would all be the same.....

If the horoscope is configured properly , and is read by an authenticated person who is having wide knowledge in it you can believe it.

How can it label everyone in the world under a certain sign and then tell you who you are and what is going to happen to your today? I would not say it is total bullshit, but pretty close. I know so many people that could go either way depending on what time of day it is. Sorry.

i do sort of believe it
but i don't usually depend on it
it has been right and it has been wrong
it depends on how you read and interperate it
as long as you don't let it effect your every day life
but sometimes knowing your horoscope can help you make better decisions
if you truely beleive in something then it can be real
you've just got to be true to yourself

No, not really. I do enjoy reading them now and again, but I dont believe that what they say can relate to thousands and thousands of people based on the month they were born.
