I was a little disappointed in that it does not hold your erection without constant stimulation. Changing positions may cause a loss of hardness, but it will come back with some stimulation. As long as your thrusting or jacking your alright.

If you read the instructions, it says that Viagra might not work the first time
The instructions also say 1 a day max

Viagra is great I use it three to five times a day. I like to stay hard all the time so Im ready to go anytime anywhere with anyone.
