i think you had a good year and you had some "good" losses and one "good" win. your rpi was in the upper 30's so that
looked pretty good too. my guess is that the committee left you
out because of their own reasons. 1-5 against top 50? conference not strong enough? conspiracy? shafted might be the word...........

This year was an extremely difficult year to pick the field. My response to anybody who thinks their team should have made it is - "They should have won a few more of the close games to take away any doubt"

No. They were good this year, but they lost some games that they shouldn't have lost, and that hurt them badly.
