I'm applying for my first job, as Graphic designer in Manila, Philippines. I've already been invited for the final interview. I've been freelancing for 2 years.

I've alway's been of the opinion that I except what I'm offered if its a job I want. And then I bust butt and prove my value then I ask for more money about 30-60 days latter

If nothing else, ask for more than you expect and bargin from there. Do not take the first offer.

Find out what others in the same field are getting..Are you worth more?The figure you give says what you are worth
