it went to court, how would you defend yourself as i am going to court and have this neighbour keeps calling the police, my solictor says he has alot of people in my area coming to him with the same thing, people who are getting evicted cos someone keeps calling the police aobut things and he wants to find out who is doing it so do i and whether it is someone with an axe to grind or different people, will he find out as i want ot know as well

Police don't evict people in the USA, I mean eventually a law enforcement officer will be involved but we don't do that as a practice. What are you being charged with?

Best thing to do in this case is finding out what you were accused of and arranging witnesses that will swear that these things didn't happen. Not knowing what it was makes it hard to say what kinds of people you need or the feasability of this method.

Get a good attorney and see if you can find some of the people who were ran out of the neighbor for witnesses.

I have been accused of something I had never done. It was a offal experience!!
I would think one has a right to face there accuser in court?
