What I see from the avatar, yes, you are a pretty lady.
It appears you dyed your hair red. Having an olive complexion can often make your skin look dull in combination with the wrong red. Make sure you choose a cool shade of red that contrasts to your complexion, because a wrong hair colour can make you look older and tired. I used to dye my hair red but went back to my natural dark brown and feel much better. :)
